It’s a lot of phone calls and checking prices. The flat isn't a massive industrial office; it’s just where we set up our computers and files. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Being in Dwarka is convenient because it’s a bit more organized compared to other parts of Delhi. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a corporate video. We just sell sugar and manage the accounts. Sometimes the supply chains get messy or the market prices jump around, and that makes for some long afternoons. We try to stay on top of it.
