Desktop Support Engineer In Infotech Network Solution

We are based out of East Rohtas Nagar in the Shahdara area of Delhi. You can find us at 1/6267 B, right on street number four. It is a small place where we handle desktop support and networking tasks. I work under the Infotech Network Solution name, but it’s really just a local effort to keep people’s tech working. Shahdara is a crowded place, and we see a lot of computers that have problems because of the dust or the heat. My day usually starts with checking which machines came in yesterday. I spend a lot of time looking at network cables and trying to get routers to behave. It isn't a high-end corporate office with fancy furniture. It’s a workshop where work actually happens. There are wires hanging around and boxes of old components in the corners. I try to get things fixed as fast as I can because I know how much people rely on their computers for their shops and homes. Street four is a busy little spot, and we’ve been here long enough that people know our face. We don't do any big promotions. We just wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk through the door with a laptop under their arm. It’s basic, everyday work that keeps the local businesses around here connected and running. We have been in this specific spot for several years now.
