Working out of the ninth floor of Himalaya House means we spend a fair bit of time looking out over K.G. Marg. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and D-94 is our specific spot in the building. The elevators here are always full of people from different offices, so you have to be patient in the morning. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have desks set up for the staff and a lot of cabinets filled with records and documents. International business involves a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the phones are usually ringing throughout the day. It can get a bit hectic when we have deadlines approaching, but we try to stay organized. Most of the staff has been around for a long time, so we know how each other works. We usually go out for a quick bite or get something delivered from the nearby stalls on the street. K.G. Marg has a lot of energy, and being in a high-rise like this makes you feel right in the middle of it all. The office isn't decorated with anything fancy, just the things we need to get our work done. We handle our daily tasks, talk to our contacts, and try to make sure everything is sorted before the day ends. Sometimes we stay late if the work demands it. It is just a regular office life in one of the city's older commercial buildings. We like the location even if the parking is a nightmare.
