Delictable Gnosh Private Limited

Our place is on the second floor of C-35, right along Jail Road in Fateh Nagar. It’s a busy part of West Delhi, and being on the second floor means we see a lot of the traffic from above. Delictable Gnosh is where we handle all our food preparations and planning. It’s not a storefront where people walk in off the street all the time, but we stay busy regardless. The workspace is functional and laid out to get things done efficiently. We spent a lot of time getting the kitchen area set up just right. Working in Fateh Nagar has its ups and downs, mostly depending on how the traffic is behaving that day. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to make sure the food we produce is good enough for the people who eat it. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding the entrance because of all the other shops on Jail Road. But once they know where we are, it's fine. It’s a small group of us here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cooking or cleaning up after a long shift. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just about food and getting it out the door to our customers in Delhi. We keep things pretty simple around here.
