Delhev Chocolates

Being on the ground floor of Ambience Mall means there's always a lot of walking traffic. Since we’re right off National Highway 8, we get people coming from all over, not just the local neighborhood. Most people stop by while they are doing their weekend shopping or waiting for a movie to start. We have the chocolates laid out so you can see them easily. It gets pretty bright in here with the mall lights, and the noise from the fountain or the crowds carries in. Sometimes it's hard to hear people talking when the mall is busy on a Sunday. We spend a lot of time arranging the boxes and making sure nothing is melting. It’s a bit of a process keeping everything looking okay. We don’t really have a lot of space for sitting, so people usually just pick what they want and keep moving. The staff here knows the regulars who come in every time they visit the mall. We see a lot of kids pointing at the glass cases. It’s just a simple shop really. We try to keep the stock fresh and the counters wiped down. It can get tiring standing all day on the hard floors, but the mall is a lively place to be. We are just tucked in there among all the other stores. Some days are faster than others, but we just stay behind the counter and wait for the next person.
