Ruchika Exports

You can find Ruchika Exports on Shyamlal Road, right at number 83 on the first floor. It’s an older building, but it has plenty of character. We’ve been here long enough that the tea stall downstairs knows exactly how we like our morning chai without us even asking. We do a lot of work with different materials and products meant for export. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples laying around on every flat surface. We try to keep it organized, but when three different shipments are going out at once, things get chaotic fast. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media person. Most of our clients have been with us for years because we just tell them the truth about what’s possible. If a shipment is going to be late, we tell them as soon as we know. Shyamlal Road is always noisy, so there’s always the sound of traffic coming in through the windows. We’ve grown to like the sound of the street, though. It keeps us feeling like we’re part of the city. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving goods from one part of the world to another. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the customs and the logistics, but we’ve got a system that works. We just show up and do our bit.
