Daryaganj is a place with a lot of history and old buildings. We are in one of them, Parkash House, at No. 204. The full address is 4379/4 - B Ansari Road. If you walk down Ansari Road, you’ll see lots of offices and bookshops. It’s a very established part of the city. Labhi Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is our name. Our office is on the second floor, room 204. It’s an old-school kind of building. The walls are thick and the windows are tall. We’ve been here for a while. It’s a busy street outside with carts and people and rickshaws. Sometimes the mail takes a while to reach us because the numbering on the street can be a bit confusing for new people. We just do our daily tasks, answering the phone and checking the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We know the tea seller on the corner quite well. Most days are about staying organized and making sure everything is in its right place. Daryaganj has a certain smell to it, like old paper and dust. We don’t mind it. It feels like a place where real work gets done. We are just part of the furniture here at Parkash House.
