We operate Cubicle Structures Llp out of Greater Kailash Enclave, specifically at C-23 in Part-I. South Delhi is where we spend most of our time. The work we do is mostly about structures, like the name says. We deal with the bones of a building or office space. It’s a lot of steel and precise work. We aren't one of those places with a big marketing team. It’s just us here in the office and the guys out on the sites. We started this because we knew how to build things properly. Sometimes people come in with a rough idea and we have to tell them what will actually work and what won't. It’s practical work. Being in the 110048 area is good for us. We get to see a lot of different types of construction. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking over plans to make sure the numbers add up. If a beam is off, the whole thing is off, so we have to be careful. We use simple tools and traditional methods mostly. It’s about getting the job done so the building stays standing. There's no magic to it. Just hard work and showing up on time. We've been in New Delhi for a while now and know the local rules and how to get things moved through the city. It’s a decent living and we like the people we work with. It keeps us moving.
