Cskm Public School

Cskm Public School is out in Satbari, Chattarpur. It’s a bit further out than some other schools, but that gives us a bit more space for everyone. The air feels a little different out here, maybe a bit less cramped than the city center. We have a campus that is pretty spread out, and I spend a lot of my time walking between buildings to get things done. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just a school with some grass and some trees. The students come from all over the local area and even some from further away. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials. We just go by our name and our location. People usually find us because they know someone who came here. The staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We have our meetings in the staff room over tea, usually talking about the next school event or how to get the kids to focus more. It’s a practical environment. We don't use phrases like vision or excellence in every sentence. We just try to make sure the lessons are taught and the kids are looked after. Satbari is a quiet place, and we like it that way. It gives the students a bit of room to breathe. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, without any fuss or fancy talk.
