Crispers Foods Private Limited

If you go into Farash Khan and look for number 1500, that’s where you’ll find Crispers Foods. It’s right in the middle of Old Delhi, so it’s pretty narrow and busy around here most of the time. You have to watch your step with the rickshaws and the people rushing by in every direction. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, to be honest. We have these tall wooden cabinets for all the files and they’ve been there since we started. It smells like paper and maybe a bit of spices from the market nearby. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it because there’s always something else more urgent to do. We sit at these heavy desks and try to stay on top of the orders coming in through the day. It’s not a high-tech operation, just us and a few phones that never stop ringing. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the flashlights on our phones to find the paperwork. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner, and he knows exactly how we like it. It’s a tight space, but we make it work. Most days are just about finishing what we started in the morning.
