If you find yourself in the Lalita Park area of Laxmi Nagar, you might come across us at Cr-204b. Creations Of India has been tucked away in this spot for a while. It’s a busy neighborhood, and the streets are usually crowded with people going about their business. Our space isn't very big, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. We handle a lot of different items, mostly things that represent the local craft. There’s always someone working on a new piece or checking the inventory in the back. The walls are lined with shelves that are overflowing with materials. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a big corporate team. It is just a small group of us who know how to get the work done. Sometimes the street noise makes it hard to hear on the phone, but that is just part of being in this location. We see a lot of the same people every day, which gives the place a friendly feel. My brother helps out with the packing when we get a large order. We don't really have set hours that are strictly followed; we just stay until the day's work is finished. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the orders as they come in.
