Core Excellence

Core Excellence is situated in New Delhi, specifically in the 110017 area. Being in the capital means everything moves a bit faster and the traffic is always a bit of a headache, but we’ve made our home here. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary, just a place where we gather to get our work done. We focus on training and development, but in a very practical way. We don't use big words to describe what we do. Basically, we just help people get better at their jobs by showing them how things work in the real world. A lot of our time is spent preparing materials and talking to different groups who come through our doors. It’s a lot of talking and listening, which can be draining, but it feels good when someone finally gets a concept they were struggling with. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have a commitment to showing up every day and doing the work. The office can get a bit crowded when we have a full house, but we make it work somehow. It’s just a regular group of people trying to make a difference in how people work and manage their time. We stay busy most weeks and that’s about all we can ask for at the end of the day.
