The school is located at C4H 51 in Pocket 9, over in the Janak Puri area of New Delhi. It is a place where a lot of activity happens every single day from the early morning until the afternoon. You can hear the sounds of students talking and the bells ringing through the hallways. The building is situated in a residential part of Janak Puri, so the streets get very crowded when parents come to drop off or pick up their children. We have classrooms filled with benches and blackboards, and the walls are usually covered with drawings or notices. It is a busy environment, and there is always something that needs fixing or a room that needs cleaning. The staff stays busy with the lessons and making sure everything runs according to the schedule. It is an old institution with a lot of history in the area, so many people around here went to school here themselves or know someone who did. The gate is usually watched by a guard, and there is a small area for the visitors to wait. It’s not a brand-new modern building with glass and steel, but it is solid and serves its purpose for the community. During the holidays, the place gets very quiet, which is a big change from the usual noise of the school year. We just focus on the daily routine and the students.
