Competent Software Private Limited

Competent Software Private Limited is based out of Laxmi Bai Nagar, in an 838 Type-IV quarter. This is a government housing area, so it is very green and relatively quiet compared to the rest of New Delhi. We use the space to run our software operations. It does not look like a tech office from the outside; it looks like any other home in the colony. Inside, though, we have our servers and workstations set up in the main rooms. We spend our days writing code and testing programs. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We do not wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of the time, we just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day. Sometimes we take a walk in the nearby parks when we get stuck on a problem. The address is 110023, and we have been here for a good while. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to handle public relations. We just focus on the software and making sure it works for the people who use it. It is a simple life here in the quarters. We like the quiet and the fact that we can just get on with our tasks without any corporate distractions or big city noise. It is just a few of us working on code in a quiet house.
