City Prince Public School

You can find us right opposite the 10th Block of Khichdipur. We are quite close to Mayur Vihar Phase 2, so it’s a very familiar spot for anyone living in this part of the city. The school isn't some massive institution with a huge gate and security guards everywhere. It’s a more modest building that sits right in the heart of the neighborhood. The rooms are a bit small, but we fit everyone in and make it work. You can hear the sounds of the street from the classrooms—the horns, the vendors, and people talking. It’s a very real place. We don't have a polished front desk with someone in a suit waiting for you. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notebooks and attendance registers. We spend a lot of time just talking to parents from the local blocks who drop by to ask questions. The stairs are narrow and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it feels like home to those of us who work here every day. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local school doing our best to provide a place for kids to learn in Khichdipur. It gets very busy during the admissions season, and we all have to pitch in to handle the extra work. It’s just a simple, practical school for the community.
