You can find us over in Connaught Place, right on Janpath Lane. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know how hectic it gets with all the people walking to the metro or looking at the shops. Our spot is a bit of a break from all that, even though we still see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building itself is old, with high ceilings and walls that always seem to need a new coat of paint. We spend our days mostly trying to keep up with the people coming in for a quick lunch or a drink in the evening. The kitchen can get pretty loud and hot when the rush starts, with everyone moving fast to get things done. We try to keep it all under control, but it’s a lot of work every single day. We aren't a big chain with a lot of rules; we’re just a local business trying to do okay in a busy area. Janpath Lane has a lot of history to it, and we like being a small part of that. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most people just walk in because they were passing by or someone told them about us. We keep the food straightforward and try to make sure things are consistent. It’s a daily grind, but the energy of Connaught Place keeps us going even on the long days.
