We’ve been running Suhas Exports And Consultancy out of H-1557 in Chittaranjan Park for quite some time now. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us working at our desks. Most of our day is spent looking at shipping documents or talking on the phone with people who want to send stuff overseas. CR Park is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We started this because there seemed to be a lot of confusion about how to handle exports, and we figured we could help sort through the mess. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and old files, but we know where everything is. Sometimes people drop by just to ask a quick question about a specific country's rules. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it's just tea from the stall nearby while we try to figure out a complicated customs issue. It gets busy, especially towards the end of the month. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to get the work done right so there aren't any delays at the port. It’s a lot of double-checking numbers and names. Sometimes we stay late when a client has an emergency. That’s just how it goes here. We like being part of the local community and helping out businesses around Delhi with their paperwork. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy.
