Our office is in New Delhi, specifically in the Neb Sarai area near the IGNOU Road. We are in Gupta Apartments, unit A-3. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really feel like a workplace when you first walk in. We share the space with a lot of boxes and old files. Being in an apartment means it’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is here. We do a lot of coordination for health programs from these desks. The neighborhood is always busy, with students from the university and local residents moving about. It can be a bit tricky to find the right block if you’re not familiar with the complex. We don't have a big sign out front, just our name on the directory. Most of our days are spent on emails and planning things for families and kids. It gets very hot in the summer, and the small coolers we have can only do so much. We have a small kitchen area where we make a lot of tea and coffee to keep us going. It’s an honest place. There’s no fancy carpet or glass walls. Just some desks, chairs, and people trying to get things done. We’ve been here at 63 Neb Sarai for a while and the locals know us. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a working office in a busy part of Delhi. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking reports.
