Renuke Exim Overseas is located at 21 Katra Dhulian in Chandni Chowk. If you have ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know exactly what it is like. It is one of the oldest and busiest markets in the world. Katra Dhulian is a narrow lane, and our place is right there in the thick of it. The office is in an old building, which has a lot of character but also its share of problems like old wiring and narrow stairs. Everything here moves at a frantic pace. We are surrounded by other traders and wholesalers, so the noise is constant from morning until night. We deal with overseas shipments from this small office, which might seem surprising given how traditional the area looks. There are piles of paper everywhere and the space is quite cramped, but we know where everything is. It’s a very different environment compared to the modern offices in South Delhi. We have to deal with the crowds every single day just to get to work. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby stall because there isn't much room to sit. At Renuke Exim Overseas, we are just part of the daily life of Chandni Chowk. We manage our exports and keep track of our orders while the rest of the market hums around us. It is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where we have always been.
