P. S. Traders

We have been operating out of No. 1983 Kinari Bazar for a good number of years now. If you have ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded and loud it gets. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We are P. S. Traders, and we mostly just deal with the locals and some wholesalers who come from outside the city. The space is not very big, so we have to stack things up to the ceiling sometimes. It is a bit of a mess, to be honest, but we know where everything is kept. My father started this and now I handle most of the daily things with two other boys. We don't really have a website or anything like that. Most people just walk in or call us on the mobile. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is when we take a small break. The lanes are very narrow, so getting new stock in is always a struggle with the rickshaws. We just try to keep the business going and stay on good terms with the other shopkeepers around us. It is hard work and the summer heat is really something else in these old buildings. We don't do any big advertisements or have fancy signs. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes by. It is a simple way of living and working, and we are used to the noise by now.
