We are located at Y-20 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2. Like most businesses in this part of Delhi, we are surrounded by a lot of activity. There is always a truck backing up somewhere or someone unloading a crate. Our building is a standard industrial unit. Even though we are a Private Limited company, it doesn’t feel very formal inside. It’s more like a family-run place where everyone knows each other’s business. We have a couple of floors for different tasks. One floor is mostly for the paperwork and the other is for checking the goods before they go out. The stairs are concrete and show a bit of wear from all the years of use. We don’t have a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, if the door opens, one of us just looks up from our work to see who it is. We spend our days dealing with exporters and shipping agents. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we’ve learned to focus. We keep a small fridge for cold water and some snacks. Lunch is often something brought from home and shared in the middle of the room. It’s a simple way to live and work. We just do our best to stay organized and get things shipped on time every day.
