Ceratech Engineers is situated at 198 in the Sarojini Nagar Market, right along the Ring Road. If you know that area, you know how packed it gets with people looking for bargains and the constant stream of cars going by. Our spot is right in the thick of it. It’s a bit of a contrast, having an engineering-focused place in the middle of such a famous shopping market, but we’ve made it work for a long time. The office isn't very large, so we have to be pretty organized with where we put everything. We handle a lot of technical queries and equipment stuff throughout the week. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find us because the market is so distracting, but we are right there by the main road. The noise from the Ring Road is basically background music for us now. We don't have any corporate polish here. The desks are old, the computers hum, and there’s usually a stack of delivery boxes near the entrance waiting to be picked up. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to get things out the door on time. It’s a bit cramped, and the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we keep at it. It’s just a regular bunch of us working in a very busy part of Delhi, keeping the business going day after day. We don't worry about the chaos outside, we just stick to our technical work.
