Career Management Consulting

Career Management Consulting is located at B/165 in Pandav Nagar. We are right near the Mother Dairy, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. This part of New Delhi is where we’ve set up shop to help people figure out their next steps in their work lives. It’s not a huge office with a lot of staff. Most of the time, it’s just a couple of us here talking to people who want to change their careers or find a new job. We don't go in for any of those expensive personality tests or fancy career coaching stuff. We just believe in having a decent conversation and looking at what’s actually available in the real world. The office is a bit cluttered with books and old folders, but it has a comfortable feel to it. We’ve seen people come in feeling really stuck and then leave with a bit more of a plan. That’s what we like about being here. We don't have a big corporate structure or lots of rules. We just handle things as they come. Sometimes we are a bit slow to return calls when it’s busy, but we always get to everyone eventually. It’s just a small, honest business trying to help people make sense of their jobs. We like it that way and plan to keep it simple for years.
