Career Launcher

Career Launcher is based out of one of the DDA Flats in Hari Nagar, specifically CB 101D. This is a residential part of New Delhi, so it feels very much like a neighborhood office. There are families living all around us, and you can hear kids playing or people talking in the corridors. We converted this flat into our workspace so we could have a place to focus. It’s not a big corporate park, just a standard flat with a few rooms. We have desks in what used to be the living area and some storage in the back. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. The DDA blocks all look pretty similar, so it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the number. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for most of us. There’s a park nearby where we sometimes go to clear our heads. The building is older, and you can tell by the way the windows rattle when it’s windy. We don’t have any polished reception desk or anything like that. It’s just us at Career Launcher, sitting at our computers and doing our daily tasks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being part of the Hari Nagar community, even if it’s just in a small way from our office flat. We finish up our work and lock up every evening.
