About Capital City Travels & Tours – Machine Tools in New Delhi
Our office is in Flat No. M-9, and it’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main mall area in Saket. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. Mostly, it’s just us sitting around the computers, looking up flights or trying to fix a booking that went wrong. People walk in sometimes looking for a quick trip or asking about train tickets, and we just do what we can. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs creak when you sit down, but it works for us. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a simple door. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. Usually, there’s a lot of talk about visas and passports because everyone wants to go somewhere else. We handle a lot of phone calls from people who are confused about their itineraries. It’s just the daily routine of a travel office. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized with all the printouts. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need a ticket, and that’s always a headache. It’s not an exciting life, but it’s what we do here in this corner of Saket. We just help people get their travel plans sorted without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy enough.
