Caffe 9

Caffe 9 is located at P 15 in the Outer Circle of Connaught Place. Being in the heart of Delhi means there is always noise and people rushing around. We are pretty close to the McDonald's, which makes us easy to find if you know that part of CP. The shop itself is not very big, but we manage. We have been here for a while now, serving whoever walks through the door. Delhi summers are tough, so we keep the AC running as much as we can. Sometimes the floors get a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, but we try to keep up with the cleaning. It is a family-run kind of vibe, even though it is in a busy commercial area like 110001. We do not spend money on fancy ads. People usually come in because they need a break from shopping or work. We have a simple menu with things we know how to make well. The lighting is okay, maybe a bit dim in the corners, but people seem to like that. We handle the morning rush and the evening crowds the same way, just one order at a time. It is a lot of work running a place in Connaught Place, but we enjoy seeing the regulars. Nothing too complicated here, just a spot to sit down in the middle of the city. We hope the coffee helps people get through their day and gives them a minute of peace.
