Basisca Coffee Co Ltd

Basisca Coffee Co Ltd is tucked away in the Qutub Institutional Area at B/25. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the rest of the city. We spend most of our time here dealing with beans and roasting. The smell of coffee is pretty much stuck in the walls now, which is not a bad thing. We are not a big fancy cafe chain. We are more of a small operation that focuses on getting the coffee ready. There are bags of green beans sitting around and a few machines that keep us busy all day. We started this because we liked coffee and wanted to work with it. It is a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy sacks and making sure the temperature is right. Sometimes we get a bit messy with the grounds everywhere. We do not have a marketing team or people in suits. It is just us in our work clothes. We talk to the people who buy from us directly. If the roast is not right, we do it again. It is a simple way to run things but it keeps us honest. The Qutub area is a nice place to be based. It has a good feel to it. We do not really have a big sign out front, just the address. People who know where we are just come by. We like keeping it small and manageable so we can focus on the work itself. That is about it.
