British Counselling Educational Services

Our office is tucked away in Gautam Nagar at 160 A. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and there is always something going on right outside the door. If you come by in the morning, you’ll likely see us trying to organize the day’s files over a quick breakfast at our desks. British Counselling Educational Services is really just a handful of us working in a few rooms. We have desks pushed against the walls to make enough space for people to sit when they come in for a chat. The shelves are mostly full of folders and reference books. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the motorcycles passing by on the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their education plans and trying to figure out which documents they still need. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a person at the door. You just walk in and find someone to talk to. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the paperwork involved in counselling, it’s a constant battle. The air conditioning works okay, but on the really hot days, we all just hover near the vents. It’s a straightforward place where we get the work done without much fuss. We like being in Gautam Nagar because everything we need is close by.
