Our business, Bravim Food Products, is located right in the heart of Khari Baoli. If you’ve ever been to Katra Tobacco, you know exactly what the atmosphere is like. It’s crowded, it’s loud, and it smells like every spice you can imagine. We are at 2052/5, and we’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while. Running a food company in Old Delhi is a different experience compared to the newer parts of the city. Everything moves fast, and you have to know everyone in the lane to get things done. We deal with bulk products, so there are always bags and crates moving in and out of our small space. We don’t have a website with professional photos or a marketing team. We just have our reputation in the market. Most of our day is spent talking to traders and making sure the stuff we sell is actually good. It’s a lot of manual work, and sometimes the traffic in the narrow lanes makes deliveries a nightmare, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The history of this area is incredible, and being part of the Khari Baoli community means something to us. We just keep our heads down, work hard, and try to stay honest in everything we trade. It’s a busy life that keeps us on our toes, but we are used to the noise and the constant movement.
