Our office in Delhi is in A-204, Puneet Apartments, which is in Vasundhara Enclave. Being in an apartment complex makes it a bit different from our other industrial sites. It feels a bit more like a home that’s been turned into a workplace. We have desks set up in the different rooms, and there are files tucked away in every corner. The security at the gate is usually the first thing people deal with when they come to visit. Since we are in an enclave, it’s a bit quieter than the main roads of Delhi, which is a relief. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things here—lots of phone calls, emails, and coordinating with the plants. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during meetings. We usually go out to the local markets nearby for lunch, which is a nice break from the screens. The building has a lift, but it’s often faster to just take the stairs if you aren’t carrying much. We don't have big neon signs or a fancy entrance. It’s just a place where we get the paperwork done so the rest of the company can keep moving. Living and working in Delhi means dealing with the smog and the heat, but the enclave has a few trees that make it look a bit nicer. It’s just a regular office setup. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day.
