Bindeshwari Positive Food

Bindeshwari Positive Food is located on Street No.8 in Sagarpur. We are fairly close to the Kali Mata Temple and Shakuntala Hospital. It is a narrow street, so it can get very crowded with people walking by at all hours. We mostly just care about the food being fresh. We don't have a big kitchen, so we do what we can with the limited space we have. The shop is a bit old and the paint is peeling in a few corners. We prioritize the cooking over making the place look like a magazine cover. People from the hospital often come over for a quick meal during their breaks. We know the temple schedule because the street gets much busier during certain times of the week. We use simple ingredients that we buy from the local market every morning. It is just a small team of us working here. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment to help us. We do a lot of the prep work by hand. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than four people are inside the shop at once. We don't mind the noise of the street outside. It makes us feel part of Sagarpur. We just want to provide something honest to the people around here. There is no secret to what we do. We just cook and serve.
