Our spot at C 16 is a small building that’s been our base for a long time. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here because the lanes can be quite narrow and confusing. We have a lot of stuff packed into a small space. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others who help out with the daily tasks. We don't really have a reception area or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and we’re right there working. The electricity can be a bit hit or miss sometimes, but we make do with what we have. Khajan Basti has a lot of energy and there is always something happening outside the door. We’ve been part of this community for years. People know that if they need us, we are usually here from morning until late evening. The address might seem a bit long on paper, but it’s just a regular street in a regular neighborhood. We focus on getting the jobs done and keeping our heads down. It’s a simple business run by regular people who care about their daily work and the local community.
