Bhel

You can find our Bhel shop at 142D in Sector-17, Noida. It is a small place where we make snacks for the people in the area. It isn't a big sit-down restaurant with a lot of tables. Most people just stop by for a quick bite while they are on their way somewhere else. We have a simple counter and some containers for all the ingredients. It gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work in Noida. The street outside can be a bit noisy with all the cars, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while. Our menu is short because we only make a few things that we are good at. You can see us preparing everything right there in the small kitchen area. We don't use any fancy bags or boxes for the food. Sometimes we run out of things if a lot of people show up at once on a Friday. I do most of the chopping and prep work myself every morning. It’s just a small, local operation. We don’t have a website or any fancy social media. People just know we are here at 142D and they come by. The sign out front is a bit old now, but people still find us easily. We mostly rely on the regular crowd who works in the offices nearby to keep us going.
