Bhavish Solucation is tucked away in Shahadra, Delhi, specifically at House Number 3/468 in Bada Thakur Dawara. This is one of the older parts of the city, so the lanes are narrow and full of history. The 110032 area has a very specific character to it. Our office is in an old building that has been around for years. It’s not a modern glass tower; it’s a solid, brick-and-mortar place with a lot of character. Inside, we have a few rooms where we set up our equipment. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of work coming in, but we make it work. The sounds of the market and the local temple are always in the background. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right in and talk to whoever is free. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day, usually brought in from the stall at the end of the lane. Our team is small, and we don't bother with corporate titles or formal dress codes. We just focus on solving whatever problems come across our desks. It’s a very human way of working. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the street difficult to navigate, but that is just part of being in Shahadra. We keep our operations simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. It is just a normal office where we do our best to stay organized.
