We are tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase I, specifically over in Pratap Nagar at number 33. It’s a regular building where we’ve set up some rooms for classes. There’s always a bit of a mess with bags and books left in the hallway between sessions. We focus on the school subjects that kids usually struggle with the most. It’s not a fancy setup with big screens or anything, just whiteboards, markers, and enough chairs for everyone to sit. The fans hum pretty loudly when it’s hot, but the students get used to it. We spend a lot of time going over the same math problems or science concepts until they finally click. Sometimes we stay a bit later if someone is really stuck on a chapter. It’s mostly local kids from around the neighborhood who walk over after their regular school ends. The parents usually drop by to check on progress or pay the fees, and we have a quick chat at the door. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the different syllabus changes every year. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because kids are already stressed enough. There’s no big secret to it; we just sit down and do the work together. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a quick break when the rooms are empty for a few minutes. It's just a regular part of the community here. It’s simple work.
