Baja-Allainz

Our office is located at House No.-31/1 in Jia Sarai, which is right near the Hauz Khas area. Manoj Kr. Bhatt runs things here, and it’s very much a local, personal setup. Jia Sarai is famous for all the students and coaching centers, so there is always a young crowd walking past the door. We handle insurance stuff, mostly for Baja-Allainz, but we do it from this small, converted house space. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we go over their paperwork and explain the different policies. There’s usually a stack of forms on the table and a computer that hums quite loudly. We don't have a big reception desk or a security guard; you just walk in and talk to us. It can get a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or filling out details by hand. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices or expensive suits. We just live and work in this neighborhood and help the people who come to us with their insurance needs. It is quiet in the mornings and gets really busy in the afternoons. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to anyone who drops by. It is just us here doing our daily work.
