You can find us in Darya Ganj, right on Netaji Subhash Marg at numbers 3580-3583. It’s an old part of the city, and we’ve been part of the landscape here at United Agencies for a long time. This building has seen a lot of history. We mostly deal with distribution and supply, handling all sorts of goods that come in and out of this busy hub. The street outside is always packed with cars and rickshaws, so it’s never quiet. Our office is a bit old-school, with high ceilings and stacks of paperwork. We haven't changed much over the years because the way we do things seems to work just fine. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all. We’re more like a big family, including the people who have been working with us for decades. We know the other shop owners on the street, and we often help each other out. It’s about being part of the local community. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are still the best tools we have. We don't make big claims about our work. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure they get to where they need to go on time. It’s a lot of physical work and constant talking, but that’s just how Darya Ganj is. We like the pace of it and wouldn't really change it. We are just a local agency doing our part every single day for everyone who needs us.
