21st Century

Based in Kalkaji E-5, our place is a bit tucked away but we like it that way. The name 21st Century sounds like we should be in a glass building, but really we are just a regular shop in a residential and commercial mix. We have been here for a good while, dealing with the daily flow of people coming through Kalkaji. Most days are spent answering the phone or talking to whoever walks through the door. The space inside is filled with files and some old furniture that we probably should have replaced years ago. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are standing inside. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what is needed that day. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door open to get some fresh air from the street. Kalkaji is a lively area and there is always something happening outside. We aren't into big marketing or anything like that. We just provide what people ask for and try to be helpful. Sometimes we run out of chai or the printer jams, which is just part of how things go here. It is a simple setup and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We are just part of the local fabric of the neighborhood, doing our bit every day.
