Bhatia Agency is tucked away in Shop No B/59 over in the Rishi Nagar area of Rani Bagh, right here in Pitampura. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood, and our shop is usually packed with boxes and crates. We’ve been working out of this spot for years, and we’ve seen plenty of shops come and go around us. Our day mostly consists of checking deliveries and making sure the stock levels are where they should be. We don't have any flashy lights or modern decor; it’s just a regular shop with shelves and a counter where we do our paperwork. The floor is often covered with packing material, and there’s always a ledger open on the desk. Most of our regulars are local shopkeepers or people from the surrounding blocks who have been coming to us for a long time. We know the shortcuts through the Rani Bagh streets and the best times to move goods before the traffic gets too heavy. It’s not a complicated business model. We buy things, we store them, and we sell them to people who need them. Sometimes the tea stall next door is the only break we get in a long day of moving boxes. We’re just local people running a local agency, trying to keep things moving and making sure we don't lose track of any orders in the middle of the daily rush. It’s hard work, but we like it.
