Tilak Marg 75 is where you will find us. It’s been our spot for quite a while, and the walls probably have stories to tell if they could talk. The street outside is always moving, people going about their day, and we are just a part of that rhythm. B V Balaram Das isn’t a name you’ll see on a giant billboard. We are just here doing our daily tasks. The office is a bit old-fashioned, maybe. We have wooden desks and a lot of paper around. It’s not one of those modern places with bright lights and no soul. We know the neighbors, and we know the tea stall guy around the corner. Work starts early enough, and we stay until the job is finished. There isn’t a fancy mission statement hanging on the wall. We just know what we have to do and we do it. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, and the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but that’s just part of life here. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s a small team, and we’ve mostly been together for years. We don’t spend much time on meetings about meetings. Instead, we just talk across the room. It’s practical. It works for us, and it has worked for a long time. If you ever walk down Tilak Marg, you’ll see we are just another door in a row of busy people working hard.
