Our office in Jangpura Ext. Phase-I is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a home than a business. D-9 is where we do all our export work, and it is a steady stream of activity from the moment we open up. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the paperwork to checking the final packages. Most of the day is spent on the computer, emailing people in different time zones, or on the phone with the customs agents. The rooms are filled with boxes that are waiting to be picked up by the courier trucks. We have to be very careful with the labels, so you will often see us double-checking everything on the floor with a marker in hand. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is nice because it lets us focus on the details without too much distraction. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee, and we usually take turns going out to get some snacks from the local market. The walls are mostly bare, except for a map and a few lists of shipping dates. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We don't have a receptionist, so if the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just goes to answer it. It is an honest day's work, making sure things get where they need to go across the world.
