Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, and our place at B 82 and 83 is right in the middle of that energy. We’re on the first floor, which helps a bit with the street noise, but you can still hear the rickshaws and people outside. It’s a simple setup. We have a few rooms where we sit and work. People coming from Mandawali find it easy to get here, which is why we picked this spot. We didn't want anything too grand. It’s mostly just desks, whiteboards, and a lot of paper everywhere. We do our own cleaning most days and handle the phone calls ourselves. There’s no big reception team or anything. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s just a regular job for us. We show up, talk to the students, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don't have a bunch of slogans or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come in and ask. It’s a practical place for people who want to study without any extra fuss. The neighborhood is loud but it feels alive. We are just one of the many small offices trying to do something decent in this area.
