Available On Request

Out here in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, we run things from M 24. It’s a busy part of the city, but our spot is okay once you get inside. We go by the name Available On Request. It sounds a bit formal, but we are actually pretty laid back once you get to know us. We deal with whatever comes through the door or over the phone. Being in Delhi, you get used to the noise and the constant movement outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and sit down to work. We don't have a big team or anything, just enough people to handle what’s on the plate. Sometimes it gets hectic and other times it is really slow, which is just how life goes in this neighborhood. We didn't start this with some grand plan. We just needed a space to work and M 24 was where we ended up. We handle things as they come. There are no polished slogans here or people in suits trying to impress anyone. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork organized. If someone asks for something, we see if we can do it. That is why the name is what it is. It keeps things simple for us and for everyone else who deals with us. Most days we are just happy to get through the list of tasks.
