Our place is at F-5, Hauz Khas Enclave. If you know Delhi, you know this is a pretty quiet and green area compared to the rest of the city. We’ve been running Aum Impex Pvt Ltd from this building for a while now. The office is basically a converted residential space, so it feels very comfortable and not at all like a cold, corporate office. We have a few rooms where we manage all our import and export work. It’s mostly just us on the phones or computers, talking to people from all over. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, although things can get a bit frantic when we have a big shipment arriving or leaving. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big reception desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working at a desk or sorting through some paperwork. We like it this way because it keeps things straightforward. The neighborhood is nice for a walk during lunch, and there are plenty of small shops nearby. We’ve built up a good relationship with our clients over the years by just being honest and getting the work done. We don’t see the need for a lot of marketing or polished presentations. We just focus on the logistics and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. It’s a small, steady operation that suits us perfectly for our daily business.
