Asiana Food & Beverage Llp is located in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase-1 at 16/1. Being in an industrial zone means it’s all about trucks, warehouses, and lots of noise. We aren't a fancy cafe or a retail shop. Our space is more about moving goods and managing the logistics of food and drinks. We spend most of our day on the warehouse floor or in the small office space we carved out for ourselves. South Delhi is a huge area, and being in Okhla puts us right in the middle of all the distribution madness. We have a small team of workers who help with the loading and the paperwork. It’s a lot of dusty boxes and checking invoices over and over. We don't have any polished mission statements or big goals to change the industry. We just need to make sure the inventory matches the sales and that nothing gets spoiled in the heat. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a coffee machine that barely works. Sometimes the traffic in Okhla is so bad that we just stay late to avoid the mess on the roads. It’s a gritty kind of job, and we usually go home with tired feet and grease on our clothes. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it’s become our second home. It is what it is.
