Arijit Deb

If you head to Wazir Nagar in New Delhi, you’ll find us on the 3rd Floor at 1483. My name is Arijit Deb and this is where I run things. Being on the third floor means a lot of walking up and down the stairs, which can be tiring in the Delhi heat. But it’s a good spot once you’re inside. It’s a bit more private than being on the ground floor. We have a few rooms filled with what we need for the business. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a place where we actually work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. New Delhi 110003 is a busy pin code, and there’s always something going on in the streets below. We can hear the traffic and the people, but we just focus on our computers and paperwork. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. Sometimes clients come by, and we sit around a simple table to talk. It’s very informal. I’ve lived in Delhi for a long time, so I’m used to the pace here. We just try to be honest and do a decent job every day. That’s really all there is to it at Arijit Deb. We keep it simple and just keep moving forward with whatever the day brings us here on the 3rd floor.
