Apollo Group

Our office is right in the middle of Karol Bagh at 2983/39 Beadon Pura. If you know New Delhi, you know exactly how packed this area gets on a daily basis. Apollo Group has been operating out of this specific spot for quite a while. It is an old building, and the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. We do a lot of different things here, mostly administrative tasks and general coordination. The street outside is always full of shoppers and vendors, so it is never really quiet during the day. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of old paper files stacked up. We still use a lot of paper even though we have our computers to work on. The electricity goes out sometimes, and we just have to wait for the backup generator to kick in. It has a very local feel to it. We know the guy who sells tea on the corner by name. We spend the day answering phone calls and sorting through the daily mail. It is a bit dusty because of all the road work and construction nearby, but we keep the office as clean as we can. We have a small space with a few chairs for people to sit if they are waiting to talk to us about something. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is just a functional workspace in a very busy part of the city. We work our hours and go home.
