Anitha Shenoy

I’ve been based here at 187 in Defence Colony for quite some time now. It’s a nice area, usually a bit quieter than the main markets, but still has its busy moments. Anitha Shenoy is the name on the door, and it’s really just a personal operation. I don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. Most of the time, it’s just me working through whatever needs to be done. The room I use has a lot of natural light, which makes the long hours a bit easier. I’ve lived in Delhi for years and being in this part of town is convenient. Sometimes the traffic outside can get a bit much, especially during the evenings when people are heading home. My setup is pretty basic—just a desk, a computer, and plenty of notebooks. I like to write things down by hand. It feels more real that way. Neighbors often walk their dogs past the gate, and I’ve come to know a few of them over the years. It’s a steady pace of life here. I don't do much in terms of advertising; people usually find me through word of mouth or by just knowing I’m at this address. I try to keep things professional but I’m not really into the whole corporate style. It’s more about just getting the work done and being fair with everyone I meet. It's a simple life really, just focusing on one task at a time and not worrying about the rest.
