Amera Rasogulla Llp

We've been over here at Vashishth Park for a bit now. Gali No. 5 is usually busy, so if you're looking for us, we’re right near that Aggarwal Sweet shop everyone knows. It’s just a small spot, nothing too fancy. My family started Amera Rasogulla Llp because we like making these sweets the way they used to be made. Some days the kitchen is a mess and we're all tired, but that's just how it goes when you're working with sugar and milk all day. We spend a lot of time getting the texture right because nobody likes a rasogulla that's too tough or too mushy. It’s a lot of manual work. We aren't some big factory with machines doing everything. It’s mostly just us back there checking the syrup and making sure the balls are the right size. Sometimes the weather makes the milk act funny, so we have to adjust things on the fly. People stop by when they’re walking through the lane. It’s nice seeing the same faces. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the shop at Wz 16 S/F. It gets hot in the summer with the stoves going, but we keep at it. If you happen to be near the park, you’ll probably smell what we're cooking. We just try to keep things simple and make enough for the day. Nothing stays on the shelf for long, which is good because fresh is always better anyway.
