Ambrosia

Ambrosia is tucked away on Level 12 of Building No 8 in DLF Cyber City. Being in DLF City Phase II C Block means we are surrounded by big glass buildings and lots of people in suits. It’s a different world up here on the twelfth floor compared to the streets below. We spend our days watching the elevators go up and down and seeing the office workers rush from one meeting to another. The name Ambrosia sounded a bit different, so we went with it. Even though we are in a corporate building, we try to keep things feeling human. It can get a bit sterile in these big developments, so we do our best to be a bit more relaxed. We are open during the usual office hours, mostly catering to the folks who work in the same building or nearby. It’s a lot of coffee and quick bites while people talk about their projects. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just rely on the people who work here knowing we are here. The view from up here is actually pretty good if you get a chance to look out the window. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and making sure everything looks okay for the next rush. It’s a steady rhythm of morning coffee, lunch orders, and that mid-afternoon slump. We are just glad to be the place where people can take a small break from their screens.
